METAL:

VINTAGE WALL registers/vents up to 20”x20” are $125 to strip/prime per unit
VINTAGE FLOOR grates/vents up to 48”x30” are $175 to strip/prime per unit
PAINTING - $25 per unit - plus paint costs - Rustoleum oil base spray (hammer texture) is a good go to

WOOD SASHES: will need to know if you are Painting or Staining the wood

Prices starts at $250 per unit (24”x24”) - $300 (36”x36”) - $400 (48”x48”) - $500+ for larger
Factor in glass replacement costs just in case.

LEVEL 1 REPAIR - fill holes with epoxy/filler and sand edges - free with base price
LEVEL 2 REPAIR - wood patch in areas of lost wood along edges from wear/splintering/rot - $25-$75 per
LEVEL 3 REPAIR - fabricate new wood side/muntins/etc due to rot or major damage - $125-$200 per
GLASS REPLACEMENT - price will vary on size. The glass could break due to micro cracks over the years.
HARDWARE - we try to save the existing hardware, but will replace the metal seals/etc if needed - approved first
PAINTING/SEALING - oil primer or oil based sealer -
STAINING - Client provided stain - we don’t stain match but will do a few sample tests for your approval.

TEXTURED/HAMMERED FINISHES help hide imperfections and if you want that older look. We recommend this texture.
METALLIC FINISHES have a shimmer to them and lay flat and will pickup imperfections
PAINT OPTIONS : Rustoleum enamel (oil base) has a variety of colors and textures. Figure 1 can per 2 vents typically
